Meet the Founder
Jackie Trainor started her career at BBDO and McCann Erickson, then went on to lead creative direction at Ogilvy, Euro RSCG, and Teran TBWA, working with Dove, IBM, American Express, Mattel, KFC, Seagrams, and many others. Her campaigns have been shortlisted at Cannes Lions and recognised at the Clio Awards and New York Festivals, with results that still stand.
In 1996 she founded Trainor Advertising in Mexico City, building it into a full-service agency with long-term relationships with BBVA, PEMEX, Farmacias del Ahorro, and Grupo Bafar. Among its most enduring results: a direct-response strategy for BBVA Mexico that consistently achieved up to 24% conversion over seven years. At the same time, she co-founded Paper Media Network in Chicago, specialising in direct marketing for U.S. Hispanic markets, a segment she has worked in for over two decades.
She later served as Marketing and Communications Director at Inova, overseeing annual budgets exceeding 8.5 million euros across TV, digital, retail, and social platforms for Mexican and U.S. Hispanic consumers.
Today, through Creative Shore in Dublin, she works directly with every company and institution she takes on, bringing that depth of experience to every market, every team, and every brief.

He taught me that clarity matters, relevance matters, and if it does not connect or inspire action, it is not creative. Those principles still guide everything I do."
